2-Year Warranty for GLORB Products
At GLORB, we strive to provide the highest-quality products. Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing Defects: If your GLORB develops a defect during normal use within the 2-year warranty period (such as a non-functioning LED), we will replace the product at no cost to you.
- LED Performance: GLORB’s LEDs are designed to last approximately 50,000 hours under normal conditions. If any LEDs stop working during the warranty period, this will be covered.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage During Shipping: While we inspect each GLORB carefully before shipment, we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit due to rough handling by couriers. Please inspect your GLORB as soon as it arrives. If any damage is noticed, contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Accidental Damage or Misuse: Damage caused by drops, mishandling, or improper use is not covered by the warranty. GLORB is designed to be repairable by the customer for minor issues such as a popped panel. We provide guides and materials to assist you in repairing minor issues yourself. If you attempt repairs, we may offer partial compensation for materials needed. However, we do not offer repairs directly or return the product for repairs.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from regular use, such as scratches, fading, or aging, is not covered by the warranty.
- Rough Handling by Couriers: Though we take care to package your GLORB securely, rough handling by couriers may still cause damage. In such cases, we are happy to assist you with the next steps. Please contact us immediately if your GLORB arrives in a damaged condition.
- Lost Packages Due to Theft: GLORB is not responsible for lost packages due to theft or incorrect delivery by the courier service. We recommend having your order delivered to a pickup point instead of your home address. If you suspect theft, please contact the courier directly for support.
- Package Lost Due to Courier Mistakes: If your package is lost due to a courier mistake, contact both the courier and us immediately. We will need a notification from the courier confirming that the package is lost. Once we receive that confirmation and the courier takes responsibility, we can send you a new order.

- Original purchase receipt or proof of purchase
This evidence helps us assess the situation and determine the next steps.
Assessment
Once we receive your claim, we will carefully assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacing the defective product
- Issuing a refund if the situation qualifies under the warranty terms
You will be notified promptly of the decision and the next steps.
Shipping and Return Process
- Return Shipping Costs: If your GLORB is eligible for warranty replacement, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns not due to manufacturing defects, you may be responsible for return shipping.
- Warranty Replacement: If your GLORB is found to be defective and falls within our warranty terms, we will replace it depending on the nature of the issue.
Your Rights Under Warranty
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction. In the event of a defect or failure not covered by the warranty, we will work with you to offer the best possible resolution within the legal frameworks applicable.
