Dear backers,
We wanted to give you a quick update regarding the BackerKit survey for shipping your GLORBs. Unfortunately, it’s taking a bit longer than we anticipated to finalize the survey. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause.
Rest assured, this delay does not affect our production or shipping schedule. We were simply too ambitious with our previous time estimation. When the survey is ready, we will send an update with all the information you need to complete it — including how to provide your shipping details and upgrade your pledge.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We'll notify you as soon as the survey is sent out. There's no need to worry if you haven't received it yet.
